Shipping & delivery

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping is 2–5 business days anywhere in the continental U.S., free on every order. Express (1–2 days) is $12, next-day is $24 if ordered before 2 PM ET.

Do you ship outside the United States?

We ship to the U.S., Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Canada, and the Marshall Islands. Other destinations: email [email protected] for a quote.

Is shipping really free?

Yes. No minimum, no codes. Every U.S. order ships free standard.

How do I track my order?

You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as the order leaves our Miami warehouse — usually the same day if you ordered before 2 PM ET.

The paper

Is the colored paper safe to use? Does the dye transfer?

Yes, it’s safe. Renova uses paper-safe pigments approved for skin contact. With deep colors (black, fuchsia, red), the first few sheets may show very mild transfer when wet — this settles after the first roll. The dye is dermatologically tested and FSC-certified.

What’s the difference between 3-ply and 4-ply?

3-ply is our everyday range — soft, strong, embossed, 180 sheets per jumbo roll. 4-ply is the luxury / gift box range — thicker, plusher, individually wrapped, fewer sheets but heavier each. Both colored, both Renova.

Is the paper biodegradable?

Yes. 100% biodegradable, FSC-certified pulp, manufactured with renewable energy in Portugal. Septic-safe.

What is Renova?

Renova is a 200-year-old Portuguese paper maison, known worldwide for being the first to make luxury colored toilet paper. Their black toilet paper has been featured at Bergdorf Goodman, Maxim Hotel Paris, and a lot of design-conscious bathrooms. Roll-Lux is their authorized U.S. distributor.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All checkout is SSL-encrypted.

Returns & account

Can I return opened packs?

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns of opened or used packs. Unopened packs can be returned within 30 days. Full details on the Returns page.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

Email [email protected] with your order number and a photo. We replace it free, no return needed.

Do I need an account to order?

No, you can check out as guest. Creating an account is optional but lets you track orders, save addresses, and start returns in one click.

Do you offer wholesale or business accounts?
