30-day returns on unopened packs

Any unopened, unused pack can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Original packaging required.

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or wrong colors — email [email protected] with your order number and a photo. We’ll replace it free of charge, no questions, no return required.

How to start a return

1. Log into your account and find the order.
2. Click “Request a return”, select the items, and tell us why.
3. We email you a prepaid USPS return label within one business day.
4. Drop the box at any USPS location.
5. Refund is issued within 3 business days of us receiving the return.

What we can’t refund

• Opened or used packs (for hygiene reasons).
• Limited edition or gift box items beyond 14 days from delivery.
• Items returned without original packaging.

Refund timing

Refunds are processed to the original payment method (card / PayPal). Allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
